Using your iPhone you can take a picture of your item, write the description, price and post it for sale in one to two minutes. Thirsty Pocket is designed for the iPhone, so there are no accounts to set up, auctions to supervise, or digital photo resizing applications to master. Do it all from your iPhone.

How do I sell and post on Thirsty Pocket?

After starting Thirsty Pocket, Hit the SELL button in the top right corner. You can take a picture of your item or use an existing picture on your camera roll. Next add the email you want to be contacted at (this stays private), category, description and price. Your location is automatically detected. You may sell in another zip code by changing the zip code. After that – just preview and post your item!

Who sees my postings?

Thirsty Pocket postings are shown to all Thirsty Pocket users. Thirsty Pocket users can easily browse items for sale and contact you if they are interested in your posting.

How do I inquire about items and buy on Thirsty Pocket?

From the Thirsty Pocket home screen enter the search criteria for what you are looking for and hit “Search Near Me”. You could also do a blank search to see everything that is being sold near you.

You can browse your results in a list view, or you could FLICK through each item detail as you would with a catalog.

If you find an item you like, hit the button to ‘Contact Seller’ to discuss the item for sale as you would with any classified ad.

What happens with my data?

Thirsty Pocket hides your e-mail contact information. You decide when you want to give your e-mail to anyone using Thirsty Pocket. Thirsty Pocket encrypts data to ensure privacy.

Can I use Thirty Pocket elsewhere?
